Return & Refund Policy
Return Eligibility
- Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Item must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
- All accessories, manuals, and invoice must be included.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Used or damaged products
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
- Items without original packaging or accessories
- Clearance or sale items (if mentioned)
Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact our support team within 7 days of delivery
- Provide order details and reason for return
- Share product images/video (if required)
- Our team will guide you through the return process
Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed after the product is received and inspected.
- Approved refunds will be issued within 5–7 business days.
- Refund will be credited to the original payment method.
Replacement Policy
Replacement is available for defective or damaged products.
Request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
Proof (images/video) is required for verification.
Return Shipping Charges
If the product is defective or damaged, return shipping will be covered by Indo Spy.
For other returns, shipping charges may be borne by the customer.
Order Cancellation
- Orders can be canceled before shipment.
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your bank or payment provider
- If still not received, contact us
