Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery time is 3–7 business days across India. Delivery time may vary depending on your location, and remote areas may take longer.
When is my order dispatched?
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.
What does shipping cost?
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on location and product weight.
Do you ship outside India?
Currently we ship only within India. For international orders, please contact our support team.
Returns and warranty
Can I return something?
Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery. The item must be unused, undamaged and in its original packaging, with all accessories, manuals and the invoice.
What cannot be returned?
Used or damaged products, products damaged through misuse, items without their original packaging or accessories, and clearance or sale items where stated.
How do I start a return?
Contact our support team within 7 days of delivery with your order details and the reason, and share images or video of the product.
